We had a really great buying experience from start to finish. From the moment we walked in, Ty Rj and Andrea made us feel welcomed and comfortable. The entire process was smooth, and even after we took the car home, they continued to treat us like family. Their customer service was truly top-notch, and their selection of cars is impressive — there’s something for everyone. Highly recommend!

I was in the market for a new vehicle and came across automaxx Pensacola. I was promptly greeted by Bernard the sales rep on the floor there. He was able to address my issues and concerns in a timely and efficient matter in order to close the deal on my new BMW. I would recommend anyone to come to this family owned and operated establishment in the future. If I’m ever in the market for a new vehicle I will make sure they have my return business. I definitely recommend Andrea to be your salesperson, she's honest, so sweet and friendly! definitely did everything she could to make sure i left the lot in a vehicle. However, the company is all in all wonderful, I couldn't be happier with the wonderful service and the time that they gave my sister and I!!Oh and the happiness I have everytime I get behind the wheel.
